  • Pilates (30 min am/pm)
  • Walking (30 min work/45 min home)

  • Walking (30 min work/45 min home)
Saturday
  • Pilates (45 min)
  • Walking (45 min)
Total min pilates: 165 min
Total min walking: 210 min
Total min volleyball: 210 min

Total APs expected: 43?!

Ok, let's see how this goes. 43 is the ultimate target, but I'll be more than happy with just 10 - hahaha.
