FFL Day 8, Point Day!

Eh, not bad for the first week - but I am already on the lower end of the team. Boo.

What really gets me hopped up is that coworker, she blatently lied about her points! Ugh. So frustrating.

Breakfast:
  • Smoothie
  • Coffee with splenda and coffee mate
Lunch:
  • Chef Salad
Snack:
  • Fruit Salad (2 cups)
Dinner:
  • "Grown Up" Mac and Cheese (Kraft Whole Grain Mac and Cheese, Chicken, Bacon, Mushrooms, Onions and Garlic)
Snack:
  • Chocolate covered banana
  • Honeydew melon (1.5 cups)
Exercise:
  • 30 minutes brisk walking (2 APs)
  • 30 minutes of housework (cooking)
  • 30 minutes yoga/pilates
Oh le tired. Time for bed.
