Well, the WI wasn't terribly traumatic: -0.6lbs.
But this will be the test this week: since we are starting to feel the economy pinch, DBF will be working overtime every night this week. Normally, when he's not here at night I resort to single-serve take out. Sooooo tempting...
But, I also bought a new toy this weekend:
Bella Cucina 12-Piece Rocket Blender
I'm hoping to use it to make frozen blended coffee drinks, and kick this expensive Starbucks habit. I think it will also be useful to make marinades that are too small to prepare in my food processor.
