Good Morning, so far so good...

I've tracked my breakfast (1/2 bagel with egg whites, turkey and cheese; 1 cup of melon) - and packed a healthy lunch.

I'm attempting to guzzle the last half of my nalgene before heading into the shower. It's amazing how much better I feel after water and a multi-vitamin.

Today I will avoid:
  • Buying supplemental snacks
  • Going out to lunch at a FF place
  • Sneaking candies from "free" candy bowls
  • "Forgetting" to drink enough water
